The Kiltir Kultur Lab Indian Ocean Program is a dedicated support initiative for entrepreneurs in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs). It aims to foster innovation and growth for creative businesses in Mauritius and Seychelles.

Selected entrepreneurs will receive the following benefits:

• An intensive support program.
• Access to mentors, experts, and specialized speakers.
• A regional and international network.
• A total grant of €10,000 to accelerate the project (3 winners per island).
• An immersive in-person week in April 2026.
• Opportunities for collective work, individual coaching, and networking.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

This program is open to:

• Individual entrepreneurs, existing structures, or structures in the process of being formalized.
• Applicants with a proposed activity/solution at the following stages:
  • Idea put forward.
  • Pre-incubation.
  • Already registered business.
• Applicants must be based in Seychelles or Mauritius.
