The KAPSARC Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 12-month program designed to provide recent graduates with valuable experience across different program tracks. It aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in various roles.

The program offers two tracks:
- Consulting
- Enabling
By joining the Enabling Track, participants will:
- Develop specialized technical skills in business-enabling functions.
- Work with experts across a wide range of disciplines.
- Enhance soft skills like time management and adaptability, which are essential for workplace success.
Program Timeline
The program follows a 5-step process:
- Application Starts: June 2025
- Assessment: July 2025
- Interviews: July 2025
- Onboarding Starts: August 2025
- Program Starts: September 2025

Degree Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree
GPA Requirements
- 4 out of 5
- 3.2 out of 4
- 60 out of 100
Language Proficiency
- IELTS: 6.5 (Academic)
- TOEFL IBT: 79 and above
Other Requirements
- Graduated in 2024-2025
- Certificates equivalent for degrees obtained abroad
- Less than 1 year of work experience
- Available for a full-time graduate role on a 1-year training contract
