The Pilot Fund is a targeted funding initiative designed to support collaborative research and development (R&D) projects in image-guided therapy technologies. Its primary goal is to help teams integrate artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced data capabilities into healthcare technology, bridging the gap between innovation and commercialization.

🎯 Benefits of INOVAIT Pilot Fund

  • Projects may request funding between 100,000 CAD to 150,000 CAD.
  • INOVAIT will contribute up to one-third of total eligible supported costs in the form of reimbursement funding.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to Canadian corporations, academic institutions, and not-for-profit organizations.
  • Each project must include:
    • A Project Lead.
    • One to three additional Project Partners, with at least one Ultimate Recipient being a Canadian small and medium enterprise (SME).
