Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be pursuing a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in any discipline (except medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, and law).
  • Provide credible evidence of threats to personal well-being or safety (e.g., violence, arrest, denial of rights).
  • Must not already reside in Germany or the EU at the time of nomination.
  • Hold valid educational certificates recognized by the anabin database.
