✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the PPLC, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be enrolled in a two- or four-year U.S. undergraduate institution at the time of the conference.
- Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or non-citizen U.S. national.
- Have completed at least 2 academic semesters at a U.S. institution by the time of the conference.
- Not be scheduled to receive a bachelor’s degree in the 2026-2027 academic year.
- Be eligible to receive a Federal Pell Grant for the current academic year (2026-27). Eligibility can be verified through your FAFSA Submission Summary or institutional financial aid office.
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to public service through:
