The Grow with Miller Center Accelerator Program is a six-month initiative designed for leaders who are ready to scale their enterprises with intention. Through mentor-guided modules, participants will develop:

• A clear long-range impact strategy
• A practical business plan
• A funding pitch grounded in the realities of their enterprise

By the end of the accelerator, participating enterprises will have:

• A clear long-range impact and growth strategy
• A practical and investor-ready business plan
• A refined funding pitch grounded in real operating data
• Increased confidence in scaling sustainably
• Access to experienced mentors and a global network of social enterprise leaders

✅ Program Requirements

For Individuals:

• A senior leader (e.g., CEO, Executive Director, Managing Director)
• Fluent in English or Spanish
• Consistent and reliable access to internet connectivity
• Proficient in Excel
• Availability to participate in the 6-month program, requiring:
  • Weekly 1-hour calls with mentors
  • Commitment to work a few hours per week on plans to become more investable

For Organizations:

• Committed to creating positive benefits for people living in poverty, addressing one or more of the UN Sustainable Development Goals
• Intentional about supporting women’s economic power, climate resilience, or the intersection of both:
  • Women’s economic power includes women as leaders, employees, value chain participants, and/or customers.
  • Climate resilience focuses on addressing the intersection between the climate crisis and people living in poverty, specifically in areas like safe water and sanitation, renewable energy, and regenerative agriculture.
• Committed to scaling its solution far beyond current operations
• Operational for at least one year and delivering products/services to customers
• Has at least $50,000 USD (or local currency equivalent) in annual earned income and is not entirely dependent on contributions or grants
• Working financial model forecasting cash flow, balance sheet, and income statement
• Minimum 3 full-time staff (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3-month cash runway
