✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of one of the participating countries:
- Botswana
- Ghana
- Kenya
- Namibia
- Nigeria
- Senegal
- South Africa
- Tanzania
- Uganda
- Age: Under 30 years old as of January 1, 2027.
- Education: Hold a university degree.
- Language Proficiency: Good knowledge of German (minimum B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
- Interest: Demonstrated interest in politics and social/political engagement.

- Recent language certificate.
- Letter of motivation (in German, max. two pages, signed personally).
- Copy of passport or identity card as proof of citizenship of a participant country.
