Socio-economic Development and Entrepreneurship

• Strengthen the economic and productive fabric in vulnerable communities through the creation or strengthening of businesses, promotion of entrepreneurship, and training.

Community Health & Wellness

• Promote the universal right to health through:
  • Improvement of primary health care services
  • Equitable access to maternal and child health
  • Disease prevention and care
  • Access to safe drinking water and sanitation
  • Training of health personnel

Education and Training

• Promote innovative educational initiatives aimed at improving learning.
• Support technical and vocational training actions to generate higher-quality job opportunities.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Entities That Can Apply

• Non-profit entities
• Social economy entities (e.g., foundations, associations, cooperatives) whose statutes explicitly state the promotion of international development cooperation.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding registry with domicile in Spanish or Portuguese territory.
• Have an institutional purpose related to international cooperation for development.
• Prove a total annual income for the year 2025 of less than €2 million.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of documented experience in international cooperation actions.
• Have a local partner in the country where the project will be carried out.
