✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the FAO Headquarters Internship Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree programme at a recognized educational institution or be a recent graduate.
- FAO only considers higher educational qualifications obtained from institutions accredited/recognized in the World Higher Education Database (WHED), updated by the International Association of Universities (IAU) and UNESCO. Access the list at World Higher Education Database.
Specialize in a field relevant to FAO’s mission and work.
Have working knowledge of at least one FAO language (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, or Spanish). Knowledge of a second FAO language is considered an asset.
Be nationals of FAO Member countries. Check the list of FAO Members here.
Be aged between 21 and 30 years.
Be able to adapt to an international, multicultural environment and possess strong communication skills.
