๐ About EWC Graduate Degree Fellowship
The East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship provides funding for master's and doctoral students from Asia, the Pacific, and the United States. Fellows participate in educational, cultural, residential community building, and leadership development programs at the East-West Center while pursuing graduate studies at the University of Hawaiโi at Mฤnoa (UHM).
This fellowship is not just financial aid; it aims to build a sense of Asia-Pacific community and prepare fellows for future leadership roles. Fellows live together and engage in intellectual and social activities, fostering lifelong ties and friendships. Activities include:

โ Fellowship Requirements
To be eligible for the EWC Graduate Degree Fellowship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Graduates from eligible regions (Asia, Pacific, and the United States) can apply.
- Must hold a four-year bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree.
- Degrees must be accredited by a US institute or any other foreign higher learning institute.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- A good academic record is required.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
