• Host Allowance: €50 per day, per resident.
• Resident Allowance: €30 per day, plus travel support:
  • €400 for distances less than 5000 km.
  • €800 for distances equal to or greater than 5000 km.
• Accessibility Support: Fixed amounts of €375, €675, or €1,200 depending on the duration.
• Top-ups Available:
  • Green Mobility: €400.
  • Overseas/Outermost Regions: €175.
  • Family: €200 per child.
  • Visa: €120.

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a legal entity registered and based in one of the Creative Europe countries, including overseas countries, territories, and outermost regions.
• Have the capacity to host the proposed residency project with artists and cultural professionals from other Creative Europe countries.
• Be active in one of the eligible sectors, regardless of whether the entity is newly established or well-established:
  • Architecture
  • Cultural Heritage
  • Design and Fashion Design
  • Literature
  • Music
  • Performing Arts
  • Visual Arts

Follow these steps to apply:

1. Create an Account

   • Register on the Goethe-Application Portal (GAP).
   • Select “Organisation/Enterprise,” then choose “Culture Moves Europe funding” and “call for residency hosts.”

2. Complete the Application Form

   • Fill out the form in English.
   • Online translation tools can be used, and language skills are not evaluated.

3. Finalise and Submit

   • Edit and save the draft application until submission.
   • Ensure you carefully read the call document before submitting your application.
