Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be in the early career stage.
  • An early career individual is defined as someone who has earned a PhD in political science no more than six years ago.
  • Includes pre-tenure, contingent faculty, post-doctoral fellows, practitioner political scientists working outside the academic sector, or recent PhDs on the job market for a political science-related position.
• Demonstrate that their research area focus falls within one or more of the target research areas.
