The Digital Futures Fellowship by Women's Rights First (WRF) is designed to empower Afghan women and girls by building practical digital and entrepreneurial skills. The program focuses on helping participants develop capabilities in technology, online business, and digital communication through structured training and mentorship.

Strengthen economic independence.
Promote digital inclusion by enabling participants to use modern tools for learning, work, and entrepreneurship.

- Hands-on training in content creation, AI tools, website development, digital marketing, and online entrepreneurship.

- Internet and connectivity support will be provided where needed to ensure full participation.
Small Grants Opportunity
- Opportunity to apply for small grants to launch pilot digital projects at the end of the fellowship.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the WRF Digital Futures Fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must currently reside inside Afghanistan.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be Afghan women or girls.
Must have intermediate English skills.
Must be able to participate fully in online sessions from July–October 2026.
