1. Access the application portal via the Stipendiendatenbank für Deutsche.
2. Fill in the following details:
   • Fachrichtung (subject of your research)
   • Zielland (country of the period abroad)
   • Select Programme für: Promovierte
3. Follow the instructions to register on the portal:
   • Choose English as the portal language.
   • Activate compatibility view (if necessary) and select English as the browser language.
4. After registration, click on the Personal Funding tab to proceed with your application.
