They operate under a Result-Based Contracting (RBC) modality, ensuring greater accountability and allowing organizations to concentrate on achieving results rather than paperwork.

  • Grant Value: USD 40,000-70,000
  • Payments are tied to the achievement of agreed Disbursement-Linked Indicators (DLIs), which will be determined during the negotiation process once the proposal is selected.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

The following organizations are eligible to apply:

  • Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)
  • Community-Based Organizations (CBOs)
  • Community-Led Organizations (CLOs) working with key populations

🎯 Thematic Focus Areas & Eligible Interventions

Applicants must select at least one of the following service delivery components as the primary focus of their proposal:

  1. HIV testing and linkage to care
  2. PrEP/PEP access and adherence support
  3. Comprehensive and person-centered HIV/STI prevention services

Applicants must submit the following documents via email:

  • Completed Application Form
  • Budget Template
  • Key Population (KP) Support Letter (if applicable)
