These grants focus on transforming ideas into evidence-driven models for national scale-up. They operate under a Result-Based Contracting (RBC) modality, ensuring greater accountability and allowing organizations to concentrate on achieving results rather than paperwork.

- Grant Value: USD 40,000-70,000
- Payments are tied to the achievement of agreed Disbursement-Linked Indicators (DLIs), which will be determined during the negotiation process once the proposal is selected.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
The following organizations are eligible to apply:
- Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)
- Community-Based Organizations (CBOs)
- Community-Led Organizations (CLOs) working with key populations
🎯 Thematic Focus Areas & Eligible Interventions
Applicants must select at least one of the following service delivery components as the primary focus of their proposal:
- HIV testing and linkage to care
- PrEP/PEP access and adherence support
- Comprehensive and person-centered HIV/STI prevention services

- Completed Application Form
- Budget Template
- Key Population (KP) Support Letter (if applicable)
