The Collaborative Capacity Program (CCP) provides financial awards to support collaborative activities that enhance:
- Wildfire resilience
- Recreation opportunities
- Land and watershed restoration
- Rural economies
This year’s program focuses on projects that:
- Prioritize shared decision-making.
- Bring together multiple perspectives to co-create solutions for forest stewardship.
- Increase Tribal co-stewardship of National Forests and Grasslands.

Eligible applicants include:
- Federally recognized Tribal governments and Tribal organizations.
- Nonprofit organizations.
- Local government entities.
- Colleges and universities.
If your organization or collaborative group does not meet these eligibility requirements, it may utilize an eligible fiscal sponsor.
🌍 Geography
Proposals will be accepted from across the United States, provided there is a clear benefit to National Forest System lands.
