The Camelback Fellowship is a 16-week program designed to support the development of both the founder and their venture. Since its inception in 2015, Camelback has supported 181+ entrepreneurs, many of whom have been recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30, received prestigious fellowships such as Echoing Green and Richards Draper Kaplan, and collectively raised over $50 million.

The Camelback Fellowship offers comprehensive support through:

Coaching:
Receive personalized one-on-one coaching from experienced leaders to navigate the challenges of scaling your venture. Coaches provide tailored guidance on refining strategy, building leadership skills, and achieving goals.
Capital:
Fellows receive $50,000 in funding.
- For-profits and hybrids: Provided as a SAFE note or alternative funding vehicle.
- Nonprofits and schools: Provided as unrestricted grants.
Connections:
Expand your network through meaningful connections with potential partners, funders, and supporters. Fellows engage with investors during dedicated office hours, participate in virtual workshops, and collaborate with industry experts.
Fellows also receive fully comped tickets, flights, and accommodations to Camelback’s annual Guardian Summit, fostering in-person opportunities to build relationships, share ideas, and deepen community ties.

Join a diverse cohort of changemakers committed to addressing inequities. Through cohort-based learning, fellows share experiences, challenges, and insights, building a supportive network that extends beyond the Fellowship.
Curriculum:
Engage in a strategic curriculum tailored to equip early-stage social entrepreneurs with practical skills across key areas such as hiring and managing teams, project and budget management, pitch readiness, and stakeholder management. The curriculum focuses on achieving financial sustainability.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

The Camelback Fellowship supports early-stage entrepreneurs dedicated to addressing inequities in the education and technology sectors. Eligible applicants must:

Be over the age of 18.
Commit approximately 10 hours per week for 16 weeks to Fellowship activities.
Hold a leadership role (Founder, Co-founder, CEO, or Executive Director) in their venture.
Reside in the United States or a U.S. Territory.
Have proficiency in English.

Note: Fellows are not required to relocate; the program believes the greatest impact comes from staying and serving your community.
