BMW Group Change Maker Fellowship Program 2026

The BMW Group Change Maker Fellowships, in partnership with ESMT Berlin, are designed to support high-potential students pursuing business and leadership education. This program focuses on developing future leaders in the fields of mathematics, technology, and digital transformation. It combines financial support, leadership development, global exposure, and professional networking opportunities with BMW Group.

🎁 Benefits of the Fellowship Program

The BMW Group Change Maker Fellowships are available for the following programs:

• Full-time MBA: Two fellowships of €45,000 (90% of tuition).
• Global Online MBA: Four fellowships covering the full tuition fee.
• Master's Programs (MSc): Two fellowships of €17,500 (50% of tuition).

In addition to the financial benefits, fellows will have the opportunity to meet BMW Group experts and build career-enhancing networks.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements in addition to the general application requirements of each program:

• Hold an undergraduate degree or be currently employed in mathematics and/or technology (e.g., computing, information technology, automation, digitalization).
• Be a citizen or permanent resident of one of the following countries:
  • Germany
  • India
  • Portugal
  • Romania
  • Brazil
  • China
  • United States
  • South Africa
  • Refugees in Germany are also invited to apply.
• Age Requirement:
  • For Master's (MSc) and Full-time MBA applicants: Must be 30 years or younger on September 1, 2026.
