The program is open to:

Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) operating in Bhutan.
Organizations capable of submitting proposals to the Bhutan Foundation for review.
Projects that align with the Foundation’s objectives of sustainability, innovation, and community impact.
