✅ Eligibility Criteria

- Provide a statement explaining how their research is threatened by U.S. political restrictions (e.g., travel bans, cancelled funding/projects).
- Submit proof of restrictions through documentation or a referee’s letter confirming the threat.
- Select a preferred university and host researcher.
- Ensure the proposed project aligns with the disciplinary and ethical standards of the host university.
