Fellows of the AIAS AUFF Fellowship will receive the following benefits:

  • Salary based on seniority (regulated through Danish collective union agreements).

Additionally, fellows will have access to office space at AIAS and can participate in academic training activities, conferences, and workshops. They will also be affiliated with relevant research environments at Aarhus University.

Eligibility Criteria ✅

The fellowship is open to curiosity-driven researchers who meet the following criteria:

  • Career Experience: 2 to 10 years after completing their PhD by the application deadline.
  • Research Disciplines: Open to researchers from all disciplines and of any nationality.
  • Mobility Requirement: Applicants must not have resided or carried out their main work activity in Denmark for more than 12 months in the two years immediately prior to the application deadline.
  • Interdisciplinary Research: Applicants must have an interdisciplinary research project or interest.
  • Collaboration Opportunities: Applicants should have or foresee relevant collaboration possibilities at Aarhus University.
