ALC Associate Fellowship in Global Leadership & Peacebuilding for the Global South

🏫 About

The African Leadership Centre (ALC) is offering an Associate Fellowship bursary for students from the Global South applying for the MSc Global Leadership and Peacebuilding at King's College London for the 2026/27 academic year (beginning in September 2026).

This bursary is available for full-time students pursuing careers in leadership, security, and development.

🎁 Benefits

Successful applicants will receive:

• A bursary covering 25% of the MSc Global Leadership and Peacebuilding tuition fees at King's College London for the 2026/27 academic year.
• An additional £5,000 as a contribution to their living expenses in London.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Values: Demonstrate values such as promoting southern-led ideas and processes of change, independent thinking, integrity, pursuit of excellence, recognition of youth agency, and respect for diversity in all its forms.
• Citizenship: Be a citizen of any country in the Global South.
• Career Interests: Show interest in pursuing careers in the fields of peace, security, and development.
• Academic Acceptance: Secure unconditional acceptance into the MSc in Global Leadership and Peacebuilding at King's College London by the university's deadline.
  • Note: For most students from the Global South, passing an English Language Proficiency Test is mandatory for unconditional acceptance.
• Visa: Obtain a student visa to study in the UK.
