🌟 Benefits of ACI Foundation Fellowship & Scholarship
Fellowship Recipients Will Receive:
- $10,000 USD educational stipend for tuition, residence, books, and materials.
- Recognition in Concrete International magazine and on the Foundation website.
- Paid travel expenses and attendance fees to two ACI conventions (must be used during the award year).
- Fellowship finalists must attend the Spring ACI Convention for interviews.
- Matched with an industry mentor.
Scholarship Recipients Will Receive:
- $5,000 USD educational stipend for tuition, residence, books, and materials.
- Recognition in Concrete International magazine and on the Foundation website.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Fellowship Applications:
- Open to international students, but applicants must attend an institution in the U.S., Canada, or Mexico during the award cycle.
- Some fellowships require the awardee to complete a 10- to 12-week internship during the summer of 2026.
- Finalists will be notified by February 2026 and must attend an interview with the Scholarship Council on March 29, 2026, at the Spring ACI Concrete Convention.
- Travel expenses, hotel, registration, and a travel stipend will be provided by ACI Foundation.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Applicants can optionally upload a copy of their TOEFL score.
- Fellowship awardees must submit a written report near the end of their fellowship period describing the value of the fellowship to their personal development and career preparation.
Scholarship Applications:
- Graduate Scholarship Eligibility:
- Must be a full-time student in a master's or PhD program during the entire award cycle.
- Applicants must not have exceeded their second year of a master's program or fourth year of a PhD program.
- Undergraduate Scholarship Eligibility:
- Must be a full-time undergraduate student at the time of application and during the entire award cycle.

To apply, applicants must submit the following:
- Contact and educational information.
- A resume in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format.
- A 500-word essay.
- Official transcripts in English with a 4.0 grading scale.
- Two endorsements, one of which MUST be from an ACI member.
