The Midwest Ability Summit

The Midwest Ability Summit is a collaboration between several metro-wide organizations. Our purpose is to create a truly metro-wide event for:

• Those with disabilities
• Their families
• Caregivers
• Older adults
• Healthcare professionals

This event also serves as an educational opportunity for the entire Greater Kansas City community.

Persons with Disabilities Advisory Board

The Persons with Disabilities Advisory Board of the City of Olathe, Kansas, has as its primary purpose advising the Governing Body and City staff on special concerns of the disabled. This includes:

• Community services
• Programs
• Facilities
• Access
• Employment opportunities and practices
• Community education programs

All actions taken by this Board are of an advisory nature only.
