On behalf of the French Society of Nutrition (SFN), French Federation of Nutrition (FFN), Federation of European Nutrition Societies (FENS), and the International Union of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS), we are delighted to invite you to the 23rd International Congress of Nutrition.

Theme

Main Theme: Sustainable Food for Global Health

The congress will address all fundamental, clinical, epidemiological, and social aspects of nutrition through lectures, symposia, oral communications, and posters.

Global Representation

We have ensured representation from all continents on both the Organising Committee and the Scientific Committee. This will allow for the expression of national, regional, and continental specificities of nutrition. Special efforts have been made to facilitate attendance for colleagues and young researchers from Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).

Networking Opportunities

A large networking area will be available within the Palais des Congrès, providing a comfortable setting to exchange ideas.
