All full paper submissions will be blind reviewed based on technical quality, relevance to conference topics, originality, significance, and presentation. Accepted papers will be published in the Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies (Electronic ISSN: 2367-4520 & Print ISSN: 2367-4512) as a proceedings book volume. The book series will be indexed by SCOPUS, INSPEC, and EI Compendex.

• Language: English is the official language. Papers should be written and presented only in English.
• Registration: A regular registration covers a paper with 12 pages. Additional pages will be charged at 60 USD per page.
• Submission Types:
  • Full Paper: For presentation and publication (no less than 10 pages, single column).
  • Abstract: For presentation only.
