Publication

Submissions will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, relevance to the conference, contributions, and presentation. Accepted full papers will be included in the IEEE Conference Proceedings, which can be accessed via IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex, SCOPUS, etc.

In the past four years, ICPE papers have been published by Energy Reports and successfully indexed by SCI, SCOPUS (JA), and EI COMPENDEX (JA) within one month after online publication. The ICPE 2024 conference proceedings have also been successfully indexed by SCOPUS and EI COMPENDEX.

Call for Special Sessions

Special-session proposals should be submitted by prospective organizers who will commit to promoting and handling the review process as Chairs or Co-Chairs of the event. Proposals should include:

• Title of the Special Session
• General information of organizers (including the main contact person's email address and biodata)
• Brief description of the special session
• Scope and topics of the special session
• Names of potential participants, such as program committee members and invited speakers
