Option 1: Abstracts (Presentation Only)

All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our committees. Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference program and provided at the conference.

Option 2: Full Paper (Presentation and Paper Publication)

All submitted papers will be reviewed by our committees. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

Call for Special Sessions

ACMAE 2025 invites proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions supplement the regular program and showcase state-of-the-art research in academia and industry on special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.

Submit special session proposals to acmae@sciei.org before October 20, 2025. Proposals should include:

1. Special session title and brief introduction
2. General information of organizers (mail address of main contact person, biodata)
