The 3rd International Conference on Power and Renewable Energy Engineering (PREE) is co-sponsored by Tokai University, Japan, IEEE, and the IEEE Power & Energy Society, with technical support from:

This conference aims to foster high-quality research and real-world impact through international collaboration among scientists and engineers. Scholars and researchers worldwide are invited to submit papers related to power and renewable energy engineering for presentation and publication.

PREE 2025 will feature:

Publication

All submissions will undergo a double-blind review process. Accepted papers with registration and presentation will be published in the Conference Proceedings by IEEE, which will be included in IEEE Xplore. The content will also be submitted for indexing by:

Submission Types

1. Full Paper (Publication & Presentation)

• Accepted full papers will be included in the conference program and published in the conference proceedings.
• Manuscripts must be at least 4 pages long.

2. Abstract (Presentation ONLY)

• Abstract submissions are for presentation purposes only and will not be published.
• Abstracts should be within 300 words.
