This research explores urban consumers' preferences for condominium building facade colors using a housing price measurement system. It analyzes the consumption psychology of different homebuying groups in Fuzhou, China, using 2020 second-hand residential transaction data. The study reveals specific preferences for color quantity and characteristics, varying across income levels and geographic locations. The findings have implications for social psychology and urban planning.
