This paper introduces the design and production of an electrochromic neuromorphic transistor (ENT) that uses color updates to represent synaptic weight for in-sensor computing. The ENT utilizes an ion-exchange membrane to precisely control color-coded synaptic weight, enabling a visualized pattern-recognition network. Integrated with an artificial whisker, the ENT simulates a bionic reflex system, visualizing signal flow in response to stimuli. This research advances biomimetic coding and bio-hybrid interfaces.
