Abstract
This paper introduces a self-healing, reconfigurable, and recyclable liquid metal-elastomer-plasticizer composite for soft electronics. An embossing technique creates conductive liquid metal networks, enabling robust, stretchable circuitry (up to 1200% strain with minimal resistance change). The composite self-heals from damage, is reconfigurable for circuit changes, and is fully recyclable, creating a sustainable platform for soft electronics and robotics.
