This paper reports the experimental realization of a two-dimensional (2D) Weyl semimetal using a bismuthene monolayer grown on SnS(Se) substrates. Spin and angle-resolved photoemission and scanning tunneling spectroscopies directly observed spin-polarized Weyl cones, Weyl nodes, and Fermi strings, confirming the material's topological characteristics. This opens avenues for studying Weyl fermions in low-dimensional materials.
