Abstract
This study investigated the prevalence of mental health symptoms (depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and insomnia) among frontline healthcare workers (FHCWs) in a COVID-19 hospital in Northeast Mexico. The study used surveys (PHQ-9, GAD-7, IES-R, ISI) to assess mental health and examined associated factors like gender, age, and occupation. Results revealed high prevalence rates of these symptoms, with significant differences across gender and occupation.
