This study introduces a new omni-channel retailing mode using prepositioned warehouses, which rapidly developed in China during the COVID-19 pandemic. A three-level logistics network optimization model for agricultural products is presented, considering vehicle delivery and in-store purchases. The model incorporates freshness penalties for perishable goods and uses a mixed-integer optimization approach to minimize total cost and delivery time. Real-world data from Beijing's Haidian District are used to solve the model, and sensitivity analysis provides managerial insights.
