Linking anxiety to passion: Emotion regulation and entrepreneurs' pitch performance
L. Y. Zhu, M. J. Young, et al.
Discover how entrepreneurs can reframe pre-pitch anxiety as evidence of passion to make passionate feelings more salient, express that passion during pitches, and improve judges’ evaluations. Findings from a field study and a randomized experiment show this mental reframe can turn seemingly detrimental emotions into beneficial outcomes. Research conducted by Lily Yuxuan Zhu, Maia J Young, and Christopher W. Bauman.
