Abstract
This paper explores the potential of infographics in aiding vocabulary learning and retention among Arab English as a foreign language (EFL) learners. A quasi-experimental two-group pretest-post-test-delayed test design was used with 41 Arab EFL learners. The experimental group was taught vocabulary using infographics for 10 weeks, while the control group used traditional instruction. Results showed a significant difference in favor of the experimental group in vocabulary recognition and production knowledge. Learners in the experimental group also perceived infographics as highly useful.
