This study evaluated the impact of task constraints (gain, size, speed) on participants' adaptation during a 3D visuomotor tracking task in virtual reality. Twenty-three participants tracked a moving target within a cube using an HTC Vive Pro Eye headset. Results showed increased target-effector distance and elbow amplitude with stronger constraints, with the depth dimension significantly impacting task difficulty and elbow coupling.
