This study investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on decision-making, laziness, and privacy concerns among university students in Pakistan and China. Using a qualitative methodology and PLS-Smart for data analysis, the study collected primary data from 285 students. Findings reveal a significant negative impact of AI on human decision-making and an increase in laziness, along with security and privacy concerns. The study emphasizes the need for preventive measures before widespread AI implementation in education.
