How human–AI feedback loops alter human perceptual, emotional and social judgements
M. Glickman and T. Sharot
A large study of 1,401 participants reveals a worrying feedback loop: human–AI interactions change perceptual, emotional and social judgements, amplifying biases far beyond typical human-to-human influence, often without users’ awareness. This research, conducted by Moshe Glickman and Tali Sharot, shows how small AI errors can snowball into much larger human biases.
