This paper presents a literature review focused on female entrepreneurship in Brazil, analyzing 88 articles in English and Portuguese. The study uses text-mining analysis (Iramuteq) to reveal how the literature portrays female entrepreneurship. Results show a significant underrepresentation of female-specific terms, even when discussing women's entrepreneurship. The authors argue that the scientific community needs to actively incorporate women's voices to produce impactful and socially relevant knowledge.
