Abstract
This study investigated the impact of physical activity (PA) on health behavior (HeB), mental health (MeH), and psychological resilience (PsR), considering the moderating role of quality of life (QoL). A cross-sectional online survey (n=743) was conducted from April 15, 2023, to October 15, 2023. Structural equation modeling (SEM) revealed that PA positively influenced HeB, MeH, and PsR. QoL significantly moderated four out of six tested relationships, highlighting its importance in the interplay between PA and various aspects of well-being. The study emphasizes the significance of consistent PA in promoting holistic health.
