Abstract
This paper presents a novel fabrication approach for creating anticounterfeiting tags using randomly oriented MoSx or MoOx clusters. The method leverages capillary and Marangoni flows to generate unpredictable cluster morphologies. High-speed confocal laser microscopy is used to read these tags, converting height profiles into grayscale images for digitization. Mathematical tools and the von Neumann debiasing technique ensure the randomness of the generated keys, which are then validated using NIST statistical tests.
