This paper demonstrates that a fast-modulated cyclic quantum heat machine operating in the non-Markovian regime can significantly boost heat current and power due to the anti-Zeno effect. This surpasses the performance of heat machines operating in the conventional Markovian regime, highlighting a quantum advantage stemming from the time-energy uncertainty relation, which enhances system-bath energy exchange for modulation periods shorter than the bath correlation time.
