Abstract
This paper introduces an automatic speech analytics program (ASAP) designed to digitally assess stress burden and psychosocial health in family caregivers. The ASAP, utilizing speech analysis, achieved a 72% accuracy rate in identifying caregivers with high or low stress levels in a study of 100 Cantonese-speaking caregivers. This technology offers a cost-effective and efficient alternative to traditional assessment methods, enabling quicker identification of high-stress individuals for timely referral to healthcare professionals.
