Abstract
Ionizable lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) are crucial for mRNA delivery. This study presents the AGILE platform, combining deep learning and combinatorial chemistry to accelerate LNP development. AGILE designs, synthesizes, and evaluates lipids, revealing cell-specific preferences and highlighting its potential for creating customized LNPs for broader mRNA therapy applications.
