This paper presents the development of a tailored electronic textile conformable suit (E-TeCS) for large-scale, multimodal physiological sensing. The E-TeCS uses standard textile manufacturing techniques and is customizable for various body types and functions. Its soft and stretchable nature ensures comfortable, precise sensing of temperature, heart rate, and respiration. The suit demonstrates high accuracy and precision in these measurements and shows durability through repeated stretching and washing cycles. Wireless monitoring of multiple skin temperature nodes, seismocardiac events, respiration, and physical activity is demonstrated.
