Abstract
This systematic review assessed the quality of AI literacy scales using the COSMIN tool to help researchers select appropriate instruments. Twenty-two studies validating sixteen scales were analyzed, targeting various populations. While scales showed good structural validity and internal consistency, many lacked content validity, reliability, construct validity, and responsiveness testing. Recommendations for future research and scale selection are provided.
