Abstract
This study introduces a super-efficient gel material (SGPQG/SGPQ) for removing lignin from papermaking wastewater. SGPQG/SGPQ demonstrated a lignin removal capacity 1.23–50.55 times greater than existing materials, with each gram removing 10,157.71 mg of lignin. The material's efficiency stems from an integrated skeleton-space effect mechanism. Furthermore, the spent SGPQG/SGPQ exhibited a dye adsorption capacity 443.9 times higher than activated carbon, showcasing its potential for resourceful reuse.
